The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 4535—A Bill to repeal §18-8-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §17B-2-3a of said code, relating to motor vehicle licensing; removing school attendance and satisfactory progress related requirements as a condition of motor vehicle licensing for any person under the age of 18; and modifying the requirements for a level three full Class E driver’s license.
